I wanted to share a yummy green juice recipe that I recently came across.  It is so simple and SOOOOO delicious:

Apple Lime Green Juice2 leaves of organic Kale2 LARGE organic Fuji apples   (if using non-organic apples, peel first.)1 wedge (approx 1/6) of Lime
Juice the kale and apples.  Squeeze a wedge of lime into the juice.

The difference between today's workout and the last time I worked out which was the Monday before Thanksgiving (1 week and 1 day ago) was depressing, to say the least. I had considerably less energy and strength. I lifted half the amount of weight I did last week and was only able to to do reps rather than three. I made almond milk but left my almonds soaking for almost 24 hours! Not on purpose, mind you, but just got caught up with too many things to do and forgot about them. I had a blast today making Papaya Banana pudding which was so easy it was ridiculous. I've dubbed it Papanana Pudding.Then I made Raw Chili which everyone loved.
